New House Bill Aims to Strip Away Pharma’s Liability Protections from Injuries and Deaths - But I am always suspicious of legislation the Republicans submit when they know it can never be passed. Just like Obamacare. “Give us the House and the Senate and we will get rid of Obamacare” but it was the Republicans that prevented Obamacare from being put to its rightful death. Any legislation that goes against the agenda is doomed to die on the vine and the Republicans know this. My gut tells me that if the Rs had the House and the Senate this bill would never have been written.
Here is an excerpt from the bill that bothers me. This suggests the bill only addresses vaccines that were mandated. This is a huge loop hole. Aside from the Military there has never been a federal mandate for the COVID vaccine. Mandates were dictated to employees by the companies. I am not feeling warm and fuzzy about this legislation but if someone has a different insight please share it with me.

U.S. Offers to Help China Curb “Covid Outbreak,” Including Vaccine Support - Can someone please tell me why the US TAXPAYER should supply COVID injections to an economic super power and our enemy?? I guess they haven’t killed enough people in China yet so they are reaching out to the US to help out. COVID has been gone for well over year so there is surely something else taking place here. China developed several of their own COVID injections so again why are they reaching out to the US. Remember, the issue is never the issue. Hi Karen, there were five federal vaccine mandates including the military. All have been overturned except for military and CMS. Gohmert’s bill addresses the CMS by including entities that rec’v state and federal funding.
