Unfortunately it takes more than one brave parent and one brave attorney to start these lawsuits. It takes a non corrupted judge with guts (good luck), a supportive citizenry, and an insane amount of money. I had, I believe, an easily winnable case in Ky for being fired for refusing to wear a mask outside coaching soccer and against the school mask mandates. My attorney wanted 15 grand just to get the ball rolling. After a few weeks of soliciting other parents who already AGREED WITH ME I had raised a whopping $500. Maybe I am just a bad salesman though. Lol. I did a solo protest against masks outside my daughter’s high school (not on school property) on the first day of school 2021. The school sent a police officer to harass me and the vitriol from the parents dropping their kids off was stunning. I hear so many bitch and moan but I see so few willing to step up to the plate and take some swings.
