Radical new Biden rule would 'lock up' federal lands - This is not a new concept. But it is part of the agenda to seal off 75%+ of all land to any human presence. Biden is shooting for 30% by 2030 but that is only because if he dare tell the truth there would be mass pushback. It is PAST time for each state to take back its land from the federal government. It is a violation of the constitution for the federal government to own land except with a few exceptions.
