If you are like me or were required sometime in your life to get a smallpox vaccine (when I was a child it was the only vaccine given) here is a research study that demonstrates possible immunity lasting as much as 88 years. If you had more than one smallpox vaccine your chances of still having immunity are higher. RESEARCH
