If you want to raise a garden, you first select a plot. Then, you uproot and KILL everything in that plot, leaving only the fertile soil.
Next, you plant only the things you want to grow there. Anytime a plant emerges that you do not want, you kill it. This is how you raise up what you've planted and enjoy the bounty.
This has been the model of the changeover of government power since the dawn of mankind. Every regime change has been bloody; check your history books. Only the emergence of the USA brought forth a PEACEFUL method in which the PEOPLE are the rulers. The PEOPLE choose what they want to reap from their garden by PLANTING and TENDING their administrators.
That is what our founding fathers left us.....it's up to us to plant good things and kill the weeds. If we become distracted and lazy, the weeds grow and take over. The rich soil in the garden will grow BOTH tomatoes and poison ivy! It's up to the gardener to determine which thrives.
