Yes! We needed that legislation in TN because it is happening and I have photos showing it. Very concerning when it’s over the TN river system. It doesn’t go into effect until July 1st, but the bigger question is, will it stop and if it doesn’t, how do we report it to the state? We are assuming the government will follow the law, but will they care?
