Well Being: Homeschooling - I have been an advocate of homeschool for many years. Once I figured out the education system was not broken but working exactly as planned so many, many decades ago I knew fighting for the federal institutions they call public schools was a total waste of time. And that includes Charters which are privately owned public schools that must adhere to all the same mandates, rules etc as public schools. Charters offer choice of location but not choice in what is taught. And today many private schools are not much better. I learned early on that the best education choice for our children was to homeschool. I worked with parents to transition from public school to homeschool and found ways to work around obstacles. ANYONE that really wants to homeschool can do it. ARTICLE
