Following in Fitts, My theory on aggressive abortion woke legislation: non compliance, results in the goverment aborting your baby. It didn't benefit a woman to carry a child to term and have the legal right to kill it. If you follow original argument, the left wanted it for the right "not to carry". No the reason for this new legislation, has nothing at all to do with "women's rights" its the next control paradigm. It's the foundation, for noncompliance abortion. You see at 12 or 16 even 20 weeks a woman can hide her pregnancy. By making it legal to kill late term babies, they will take that coin, flip it, and step in parentis, and take that awful "right" and use it as "punishment:. And further profit scenarios uglier still.
