The US Justice Department has filed money-laundering charges against Andres Bautista, a former election administrator in the Philippines, in a case involving four executives from subsidiaries of Smartmatic, according to court documents cited by CNN.
The executives, who have not been identified, are implicated as uncharged co-consiprators and are alleged to have “caused or attempted” to transfer $4 million to Bautista “in violation of US money laundering laws,” according to CNN.
There is no indication that Bautista is currently in US custody, and the court filing against him does not accuse Smartmatic of tampering with the Philippine election results, CNN added.

I would venture to guess that I am one of many US citizens tired of having our laws written by unelected people in the ever-increasing bureaucratic administrative monstrosity that is our Federal Government. I've heard Tucker Carleson ask a few Presidential hopefuls how they would end this and I've never been satisfied with the replies. Turns out, as I have learned from Hillsdale college's free online classes that anyone can take, Congress delegated their law-making ability to these agencies around the turn of the century during our industrial revolution. This was brought up in the courts soon thereafter with the Supreme Court ultimately saying these unelected agencies can write the laws because (and I'm paraphrasing big-time) the representatives we the people elected delegated their law-making authority, therefore, we the people OK'd this delegation. To get a better explanation than I can give, watch the videos. I highly recommend them!
The lectures go on to say that a good place to start in rectifying the situation would be to begin pressuring our representatives to pass a law that undoes this practice and bring law making back to Congress in-line with the Constitution. I agree with the lecturers and am not convinced Congress would do this as the situation benefits them greatly in that they can pass all the blame onto the agencies and not take any responsibility. Sigh...

Dr. Andreas Noack is Number One expert in Germany on graphene nano structures and he reported Graphene HYDROXIDE. His house was raided last year while he was live streaming.
