Ramaswamy, Harris, Haley, Shiva and in the past Obama, Rubio, Jindal, Cruz. But most people today have no clue what the meaning of natural born citizen is. All I get is "they were born in America so that makes them NBC. Sorry but that is not even an iota of truth or fact.
