WATER: The EPA can dictate what happens to the water that falls on, or flows across private property. Here in PA, farmers were forced (under Obama) to build sheds to house animal manure. They must pick it up off the fields and put it in the barn for disposal. Why? If water lands on, or flows over that land, the manure contaminates it. Funny, it did not do that for 6,000 + years, why suddenly under Obama?
Trump rolled back many of the Obama water regulations, but Biden has neutralized the Trump effect just like he reopened the border. Read it here:
