Karen, on Toby's post he list a link where you can make a comment. It's at the lower part of his post. I clicked on the link and it took me directly to the comment section. I posted a comment just like the one I sent directly in the emails. I gave my name and contact information....I hope that wasn't a mistake.

Yes I got kick backs too but the majority of them went through. You can go to that regulations.gov site and send your comments if desired. Thanks for the feedback and for your support.
Yes, I used the link on Dr. Toby's site. I posted for both 17&18 and the 22nd. I received a tracking number and verification it went through. At this point , I'm not sure they are even listening but at least we have a record.
