I want to sue my county health department as an unjabbed citizen, for not doing their due diligence and for propagating false and deadly information with bus and billboard and newspaper ads. Is that a decent angle? Where would I start?
I would never try to dissuade you from doing something as brave as what you propose but one thing I do know is you must have standing. Basically prove personal harm from their actions. There are several groups/lawyers pursuing legal cases.
