In conversation with Sen Bowling outside the Committee room after the Committee had voted to move the bill to Summer Study, I shared with the Senator that I am aware of a number of people who are disdainful of the "system" working and are ready to go 2nd Amendment on the deal. She said "You should testify". I'm thinking about doing just that and wondering if I could make it out of the building after 60 seconds of "plain speaking" :)
