Clif High has an interesting perspective on the WHO amendments. He doesn’t think the treaty is enforceable.

What do you think?

The amendments to the IHR are NOT a treaty. The amendments to IHR and the Treaty are two separate issues that most who truly have no understanding of what is taking place often misspeak. The amendments to the IHR will be heard and possibly voted on during the World Health Assembly May 22-28. The amendments are scheduled for May 24th. The US signed on to the IHR many decades ago. Many also state the IHR was created in 2005. Again, another error. They were adopted long before 2005. The 2005 3rd Edition is just the most current version. In the US there are 3 ways to approve international agreements. 1. Treaty 2. Executive Agreement 3. Congressional Executive Agreement. #2 is how the US approved IHR. An International Executive Agreement IS legally binding and does not require a vote in the Senate or any congressional support. EA is used in order to by-pass Congress. The International Treaty on Pandemic Prevention, Preparedness and Response (the Pandemic Treaty) is scheduled for approval in 2024. It has not even yet been written (I believe it has been written just not out in the public domain) And YES this treaty if they end up classifying it as a Treaty would require 2/3 vote of approval by the Senate.

When people say "they cannot do this, it is unconstitutional" I just have to shake my head in amazement. Our corrupt government and justice system today ignores our constitution on a daily basis and the American people do nothing. Masks, lockdowns, and forced medical procedures are unconstitutional as well and even today we still have people wearing masks alone in their car. They will do whatever we let them do and the constitution has no real meaning to them nor does it really have meaning to most Americans. Just saying something is "unconstitutional" to me are people that are looking for excuses to do nothing. The only way we stop them from violating our constitution and our God given rights is to MAKE them behave and the American people are no longer up to the job. Now that is not ALL Americans. I could go on for hours but I am sure you get my drift. Bottom line THEY will do whatever they want and only WE can stop them but it won't happen without a REAL fight. They will use fear to control people because they know it is one of the methods that will render people to their knees. Famine is the other and that is coming too. Clif is wrong and he is encouraging people to sit back and do nothing by making them think THEY just cannot do it because it is unconstitutional. Gee, where has he been for the past 50 years??? I do know about him and have listened to many of his presentations.
