You absolutely cannot work with a stupid people. A stupid person cannot ever change. An ignorant person on the other hand can change and general does when they are no longer ignorant of facts and truth. When you discover you are dealing with stupid person move on. Do not waste your time. Look for the ignorant person that only needs to have the right information. This is war my friend and in war there are always casualties.
