New ACTION ITEMS to help stop the amendments to the International Health Regulations

The Biden Administration has proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations which will be presented and may be voted on by the World Health Assembly scheduled for May 22-28, 2022. These amendments, rushed through in a very stealth-like manner, will rob countries of their sovereignty over their own pandemic responses. They will set forth a worldwide framework for the World Health Organization, (WHO) to maintain authoritarian and undemocratic control over calling pandemics and responding to them.  If we allow these amendments to pass, the Director General of the WHO will have no requirement to listen to opposing voices able to moderate his final decisions. 

Imagine every bird flu or localized measles outbreak being blown into a pandemic - with repeated lock downs, travel restrictions, school closures, and vaccine mandates.  Life would truly be a dystopia!

These proposed amendments would give the Director General of the WHO unilateral power to declare a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC), (pronounced FAKE), over the objection of any sovereign country dealing with the outbreak of any disease.  

• The amendments will also give the Director General of the WHO the power to unilaterally declare an Intermediate Public Health Alert (IPHA) even over the objection of the sovereign country dealing with an outbreak of disease.

• The amendments will also enable the 6 Regional Directors of the WHO the power to unilaterally declare a Public Health Emergency of Regional Concern (PHERC) even over the objection of the sovereign country dealing with an outbreak of disease.

• The proposed amendments will cede additional sovereignty, control and legal authority over to the World Health Organization.

• If passed by a simple majority of the 194 member states of the WHO, the proposed amendments will NOT require approval by 2/3 of the United States Senate as the U.S. is already a signatory to the IHR.

The US wants to hand over our sovereignty to the Regional Directors at the WHO and give them the power to “PHERC” us, and “PHERC” the world, one region at a time. “PHERC” that!

Biden, Sec Becerra, and Assistant Secretary Loyce Pace submitted to the WHO on Jan 18th, 2022 which will be voted on by the World Health Assembly scheduled for May 22-28 of this year.

These proposed amendments would cede US sovereignty and Congressional approval over pandemic responses to the incompetent and corrupt WHO, which failed miserably during this present pandemic.

-They failed to determine the origins of SARS COV2, appearing to obfuscate the evidence for a lab-leak.

- They failed to recognize the disastrous inadequacies of the RT-PCR test for accurately diagnosing active infections.

- They failed to recognize and recommend the scientific evidence behind the supplementation of Vitamin D and Zinc in preventing disease and death from COVID-19.

- They failed to recognize and recommend the scientific evidence for, and vital importance of, early medical treatments for COVID-19.

- They failed to stop, slow down, or even question the roll out of the still experimental, proven to be ineffective, injurious, and deadly COVID gene therapies, which they misrepresented as "vaccines".  Or to stand up for the peoples' right to health freedom and informed consent.

All of these failures added greatly to the death toll and injury rate from COVID-19, and the death toll and injury rate induced by these horrific, experimental gene therapies.

The Administration's decision to give away our national sovereignty to the WHO is frightening - it has a direct impact on my personal sovereignty, health freedoms and rights.
