Bang! Biden escalates war on guns with national 'red flag law' center - understand, the federal government has no authority to do this and it will be up to the people and the state legislators to tell the federal government to go pounce sand. This is why in TN we are working to get legislation passed that creates 5 pathways in which to invoke Nullification when the federal government steps out of its constitutional lane. I am again attaching my editorial on the Supremacy Clause but what it really tells you is the states and the people of the states are the final arbiter of what is or is not constitutional and when the feds step out of line it the DUTY of the state to refuse to comply. The Supreme Court is NOT the final arbiter of what is or is not constitutional and it is time people learned the truth and stopped listening to the lies from the federal government. The creator (states/people of the states) rules over the created (federal government) not the other way around and it is time to demand your state legislators stand behind the oath of office they took or get out of office. But it will take WE THE PEOPLE to hold them accountable and demand they do their job or go home. In order to destroy this country and turn us into a communist nation they must take our guns first. When Americans surrender their guns they have also surrendered their freedom and liberty for all future generations. ARTICLE
