EATING ON THE TRAIN PLATFORM:

I'm looking at this video from two perspectives. If the State passed a law, it may be because they are trying to move the homeless and indigent out of the areas taxpayers need to frequent. OK, then POST A DAMN SIGN!! Don't come down on good citizens like a ton of bricks! Give the regular citizen a fighting chance at obeying your new law....what is this...Pennsylvania??

As for the guy being accosted by the constabularies, SHUT THE HELL UP AND COMPLY! How did "arguing with, and running from, the cops" get into the gene pool of black Americans? If the cop is coming at you with the force of the law, you only inflame the situation by resisting. You have the right to remain silent....use it.

If the cop tells you to do "X" and you bitch him out...get ready for the bracelets!! Don't you watch "Cops" on TV?

As soon as a cop senses "resistance," his training kicks in, and he'll neutralize you as fast as possible!

Now that you're in the cuffs, he has the 'right' to search you. Before that, he could ask to look in your bag and you had the right to RESPECTFULLY refuse. How many times do you see people on "Cops" get pulled over for a rolling stop and they find heroin, firearms, a kidnapped kid, etc., inside the stolen car?? (if this did not happen OFTEN, there would not be a TV show!)

A lot of these "nuisance laws" give cops the legal right to check people out who they used to be able to "profile." So, don't be an ass and make yourself "fit the profile!" Show some respect; he has the Law and the tazer.

Had the guy with the sandwich apologized, said he was unaware, and put his sandwich in his bag, it would have gone much better. If he'd gotten a ticket, he could have argued it with the judge. Arguing with the cops NEVER GOES WELL!! He saw you break a law, and your ignorance of it does not give you the right to fight or flee.

This video can be instructive: a) when a new law is passed, the state must assume responsibility for communicating it!!!! b) When you are respectful and compliant with the cops, you do yourself a favor and things go far easier. If you think your girlfriend's video will work as evidence in your favor, forget it. You were resisting.

Please don't confuse objective analysis with taking sides. Both the State and the Sandwich Guy failed in this scenario. Two wrongs don't make a right. Control the escalation by demonstrating some respect. But, when you automatically run, or fight when a cop walks up, there's gonna be a problem.

So, you aren't a rights guy are you? Freedom of speech also means the right to cuss out a cop for not following the Constitution, "you know the one we aren't using anymore"??? Sounds like you are just like the liberals in power...

Actually I have been arrested many more times than you, probably two dozen times at least, I lost track. When I ran for the US Senate in 2002 in Colorado, I was using the campaign to register in public that our 2d Amendment right to keep and bear arms any damn way we want to, as the Constitution states that those gun rights "ARE NOT TO BE INFRINGED", and were being violated in Colorado , as well as violating the Colorado state constitution to openly carry anywhere in the state. I wore a weapon everywhere for my two year campaign, and was arrested over and over. I was silent, unless they asked me a question. I answered calmly and firmly what the two constitutions said about the matter, and the law would eventually be overturned, but in the meantime that did not make their arrest right, it was absolutely wrong as can be. I never said yes sir, or no sir. That would have been giving respect for them breaking the highest law of the land in Colorado and America. I have never done that. I spent many nights, and 90 days the final time I was arrested for a gun law after the election took place and they could easily give me a 90 day sentence in jail without much notice by the public. I did the time. They stole my weapons, sometimes I got them back, mostly I did not. I do not give respect to anyone that is using their authority unconstitutionally ever. I remain silent. I respect the government when they follow the Constitution and since they never do anymore, I truly will never respect this government that has overthrown America from within by coup in 1963. I spent three years in the military and said yes sir and no sir in respect to a military officer. I have had cops pointing guns at me somewhere in the neighborhood of 250 times. I never flinched, or showed fear. I was unafraid. I have God's guardian angels protecting me as they have all of my life against those who would take my life. After that jailing, I was arrested again for "Influencing a Public Official by threat of violence" with two pleadings I filed in courts where I still had open cases, and lest you think I am a criminal like most in government, my so called threat was in writing, and neither pleading had any threat of violence in it, and of course as it was in writing, my point was made but that did not stop them from using the judicial system to try and destroy my life, my marriage, my family, my business ( and I had over $75,000.00 per month in sales from government accounts, which ended 100% after this attack against me by the judicial system and the FBI made sure I would never receive anymore government business). I was charged with two felonies from two identical pleadings filed in two different courts of the Influencing charge with two judges, who by the way, never responded to my two pleadings which is another Constitutional right to "petition the government with grievance", denied. I had a jury trial basically made up of a jury pool of young women ages 21 to 24 who would give the government a guilty verdict. They did. The judge improperly instructed the jury that if I did file the pleading, they MUST find me guilty. I was sentenced to six years in the Colorado State Prison system by a Kangaroo Court. I served that sentence 100%, but it was reduced by earned time that every inmate is allowed if they caused no problems in prison, to 4 years, two months and 4 days, and I was released on August 11, 2011 and was forced to serve a 2d "parole" sentence of 2 more years, which was another Unconstitutional action against a man who had served his entire sentence completely. Parole means your sentence is over early by parole board decree, but you must report to a parole officer each month and follow rules no other citizen has to, and if you violate anything, you may be returned to prison to finish the parole board forgiving the balance of your sentence. I raged at every parole board I went in front of, as , as I was not guilty of any crime. They never parole anyone who does not say they were guilty of the crime, which I never would do. I never cussed at them. I did rage though and it was righteous. I will tell you one more nugget. I appealed the sentence. It was denied all the way up to the US Supreme Court as every judge refused to hear the appeal except the Colorado Court of Appeals which denied the appeal because the three judge panel said that the two judges were frightened and the law did not matter which said my threat had to be imminent, and wouldn't you know the judges never had their lives in danger by me??? Imagine that. An entire system dead set against me to make an example of me and falsely imprison me for standing up for rights over many years, embarrassing their unconstitutional system over and over. So, the bottom line was that I was wrongfully and falsely imprisoned because two judges were afraid! In Colorado now, an individual can be wrongfully imprisoned because someone is afraid of you. Sounds a bit extreme to put a man in prison for a six year stretch because of fear doesn't it???

My final point will be brief. One day, "WE THE PEOPLE" will no longer be concerned what the laws are anymore since everyone breaks their laws tens of thousands of times daily. When the elites break the law, primarily Democrats in office, there are never charges levied because they control the system, thereby never being charged with a crime by an Attorney General of a state, or the US government. A system for the connected elites, the judges, the Democrat politicians, the police, those who have been appointed by those Democrats while in office. Quite a racket, quite a loophole for them isn't it??? Where is the loophole for the American people having their rights stolen??? Yes, one day the people will use their Constitutional rights to rise up and end the tyranny that has overthrown this country from within. I will watch that in silence as well, with a big smile on my face.

Events in my life give me a different response than yours. I choose mainly to stay out of the tyranny in the United States these days, coming back to visit family only a short few times each year and take care of personal matters. While there, I am very mindful of the police state that exists now. I try not to bring attention to myself and at 70 years of age, certainly no one cares much what I think these days. I never speak to government in any way after my experience with the government in Amerika. I am silent.

I speak to America all the time. I tell America the truth of the tyranny they face everyday. I have a BLUEPRINT that I have written to use as a guide to bring America away from tyranny. If you would like to see it, send me your e-mail addy. Mine is rickstanleyjr54@gmail.com

Yes, I value my rights. But, do you agree that the WORST response is to argue and fight with the cops? If not, give it a try sometime. See where it gets you.

I've had a few contacts with the police in my life and MY RESPECT toward them has always paid off. "Yes sir" goes a long way.

Also, do you think resisting the cop on the street is going to change the law...no matter how unconstitutional it is? If you're a loud-mouth, combative jerk, the cop's adrenaline goes up and he starts wrenching you to the ground. Go ahead, make his day! He lives for that.

The first reaction to any situation involving the police is to KEEP THEM CALM! They have guns, tazers, pepper spray and backup. If you act like an ass, you activate the launch sequence for getting yourself hammered! But, hey, if you want to be a male "Karen," give it a whirl. Maybe you'll change the world.

I have to agree with you Brent. As much as I hate to be bullied or see others bullied he would have been a lot better off just staying calm and respectful. The officer could take some of that advice as well. He could politely asked the guy if he knew that eating on the platform was against the law (which is totally ridiculous and unconstitutional law to begin with). If he said "no" the cop should have told him about the law and gave him a warning. There are a lot worse laws being broken in CA than eating a sandwich on the train platform. They allow people to pee and poo on the sidewalk; they allow robbery as long as you don't rob over $950. Personally any sane person that lives in CA should either accept the comminst regime running the state or get out. Personally I wouldn't live in CA for any amount of money and that is a shame because there was a time when I would have given anything to live in CA. But of course that was a very long time ago.

In my Bible, there is no list of reasons for being disrespectful, rude, nasty, or belligerent. It DOES tell me to respect authority; God, parents, government, etc. so "it will go well with thee."

I got nabbed for having a beer on a Jersey Beach. It was in an unmarked container and we were just sitting on our towels. 60-yr-olds minding our own business. Yet, the cops were walking down the beach and asked us what we were drinking. I wound up with a $250 ticket. OK, it was my fault.

I wrote the Mayor and told him a warning would have been sufficient. As a result we will never visit his town again; and we had several meals over the weekend from local restaurants and 2 nights in a beachside hotel. I told him his "laws" are for college kids who get out of hand. They could have been nice about it. I certainly was nice to the cop who was just DYING for me to get in his face. I emphasized that, if they anger enough seniors - who spend the most money - they'll start to feel it in the pocket.

So, I paid the fine and made book on my promise. The mayor made no effort to acknowledge my letter. Buh bye.

RE: Japan Declares state of emergency... the only source I have yet found for this is The People’s Voice, who make lots of unsubstantiated claims. While many of us know the bioweapon shots do indeed contain highly toxic nano tech, one must be mindful of spreading false embellishments that only serve weaken the credibility of our position. FWIW.

On the subject of nano tech, has anyone else living in Tennessee noticed how much our skies have been sprayed (chem trails) these last few days? There were several days last week when we got a much-needed break, but northwest of Nashville it’s been especially bad today. Haven’t ventured into town in the last couple of days so don’t know what it’s been like there, but it makes me wonder if it might be time to start considering legal options. I mean, how long are we supposed to put up with this assault before holding the state accountable for these atrocities? It’s pure negligence at this point. Everyday we let these crimes against humanity continue, is just one more day we are forced to breathe in this toxic fallout of God knows what.

TN Rep. Fritts passed legislation outlawing the spraying but there was no enforcement mechanism in the bill. He plans to rectify that during the next session. Be sure to make contact with him about what you are seeing (politely). He needs to hear from people. Believe me he knows they are still spraying. Those planes are either military planes or private planes with military contracts. But I agree there is no sense in having a law if it cannot be enforced and sadly in TN we have a lot of laws like that. They like to pass laws for campaign fodder but they do not like to actually build in accountability. I talked to Rep. Fritts and he said they were not done and that he knows there is more work to be done.

Thanks for this info, Karen. So glad to hear he plans to rectify that. Can’t happen soon enough! Hopefully he uses New Hampshire as an example: $500K fine, several years imprisonment, etc. Needs to have long, pointy fangs with a concrete plan of enforcement! 🤞🏽
