I am referring to the video on breakfast cereals. Do not feed your children any breakfast cereal. None of them are any good to set your child up for a morning at school. Feed them protein at breakfast and the best little package of protein that you can feed your child is an egg! Add some whole grain toast and fruit....it doesn't matter if the dyes are taken out of omg! FRUITLOOPS! It is garbage!
I so agree. When my daughter was growing up years ago she got a banana every morning.....needless to say she won't eat a banana today. I made her cream of wheat, oatmeal or she had puffed wheat or puffed rice. That was it. On weekends it was eggs and pancakes....her favorite. She is 55 years old today so those products were healthier back then. I was very in to nutrition even back then. Fresh ground peanut or almond butter. Fruits. Veggies. Whole grain bread....this was before GMO. Home made apple butter.. When she would go to visit a relative for a weekend I used to pack her food. I used to say it is the food she likes. LOL
I know there are so many pitfalls when we try to choose a more healthy diet. My daughter is sensitive to gluten but I wonder if it is instead the GMO's or perhaps the glysophate used on the crops. She had no trouble with pasta in Italy. No GMO crap there!
